Very friendly and helpful staff! Wait wasn't horribly long. I was in and out in under an hour
It's a shame to say but the level of incompetence at this office is absolutely horrible. After four attempts with this staff, my grandson still does not have his social security number. They seem bothered when asked to simply do their job. Mom paid a visit in person to the office and they still have failed to resolve the issue, which has been going on now for over four months. This is obviously a very important process which we rely upon them to get their job done. Make sure you document every discussion and get the names of the representatives you speak with. Good luck.
I have been to this office twice and found the staff to be respectful and helpful with my needs. Consider visiting this office mid to late afternoon for shorter wait time. I will say that the online information provided through the .gov website is not very clear and there's definitely room for improvement.

Absolutely, horrible wait time! After about 17 minutes, another recording comes on saying, "Hello! Thank you for calling Social Security. This is Jordan Weston speaking. How may I assist you?" I was dumb enough to explain my issue, just to wait about a minute and a half to hear the answering machine repeat itself. As far as I'm concerned, the entire experience was awful! I'm extremely upset for my valuable time being wasted in such a way. 20-25 minutes on the phone for no reason. I still sit here with the same issue.
